Have you ever come to this conclusion in your faith/religion?

Visit other churches. Find another denomination of Christianity. Shop around. Unless you belong to a insular sect (LDS, Jehova's Witnesses, Westboro Baptist etc.) then changing churches should not be a big deal. If the people who worship at your church are posioning your soul and your faith, then you owe it to yourself to find and surround yourself with people who will nurture you, and your soul.
