I think i hate my mom, what do i do?

SHE IS SUCH A HYPOCRITE!!!! SHE SAYS I HAVE TO SHUT UP CAZ SHE HAS A HEADACHE THEN SHE STARTS TALKING! My friends were in the car talking she didn't care. My sis was talking of course she didn't care. I whispered SOOOOOOOO softly and she was gonna KILL ME and says we havent been raised or somthing. Another thing, she says u cant say something without doing something 2 proove it. ex (RANDOM): i am thankful 4 my health- i use it 4 stupid and lets say illegal things. ex2: "Ur my best friend"- yet i nvr hang out with her or defend her. So u get the point. She says i love you,sometimes, then verbally abuses me. She insults me EVERYDAY and it hurts- she PURPOSELY ignores me NO MATTER WHAT I SAY. Look, i dont want suggestions like "move out of the house" or "run away" cuz alot a people tried kidnapping my sisters b4- where the **** am i suppose 2 go IM ONLY 13!!! I try 2 ignore her but i have to anser her when she talks to me or she will (literaly) ground me for life. I also need to ask her 4 stuff, like 2 go shopping or somthing. She is my mom and idk how to avoid her. thx 4 reading this its probably long :) PLZ GIVE ME ANSWERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
