If the government is overthrown, what will new government be?

If you are trying to take your country back, and end up having to do it by force what will that new government look like. Will it be elected by a majority, and be structured like the current government with 3 branches and a bicameral legislature. Do you want to overthrow all 3 branches or just the legislature or just the president? Does the Supreme Court get to stay?Or do you just want to eject the people that you didn't vote for and choose your own . Please give details,
