Will My Taxes all be Garnished?

Me and my husband both owe on student loans. Can they garnish income taxes for my debt if he is the one that worked the whole year and I didnt? We filed jointly but Like I said, I Didnt make a dime, can they still take from his return to cover my debt? Will they deduct a portion of the debt or the full amount?
