Completley Confused about him and dont know what to do?

If you haven't already sat and conversed with him honestly on turning the FWB into something more, do it, although i am completely against FWB because it never lead to a serious relationship in my life. I advise you too approach him slowly that you want it to blossom into more, and you will get the straight answer from him, if its an "mmmm I'm not sure i'm ready for that step", walk away from it then, he is not interested in a relationship with you.
