Why are people saying Obama has had 2 years to do something? Is he not the President anymore?

The right-wing Obama-disparagers are fueled by ignorance, bias of various sorts, racism, and--you know. Also, we do not get a true sampling of public opinion here on Yahoo!, as the site leans heavily toward the right and so do most of their clientele.
