I'm 14, if I was having a problem with my gallbladder or appendix would I be in severe pain?

My whole rib area and between my ribs hurts, and my right side of tummy hurts abd it switches to my left but it's mostly my ribs and in between there and it hurts more when i stand but anyway, so I was thinking I probably don't have anything wrong with my gallbladder or appendix. But just to be sure, I would be in extreme pain right? It could be fromme and my sister the dancing funny and I twisted something, we were like wrestling for a lil, and my periods due soon, so do you think it could be from that? I think my right side just hurts more cuz I keep pressing it but idk
