I need help with my bad SAT scores..?

I took the sat's for the first time in june. I am a junior, well soon to be senior. I take mines again in september and my test was free because I got a free waver. I got a lousy 1200/2400 I know that is bad BUT the thing is, I answered EVERY question like an idiot. I know I might sound clueless when I say this but I forgot that when you don't know an answer its okay to leave it blank. I was confused because when we were taking our state test (I live in PA so its the PSSA) and over and over again they told us to not leave anything blank so I guess that is why I got mistaken and made sure I answered everything. Is this reaaaaallllly bad though? I know it isn't good but do any PA colleges accept it? (esp. West Chester..)? Thank you..
