My Wii won't turn on after power outage! Gr.?

So it's SUPER snowy here and I was using the Wii this afternoon when the power blinked out again for a few seconds. It happened like twice but the first time it came back on. This is a secondhand Wii and I have no idea if we have a warranty or anything on it but it's not working. I already tried the unplug-replug. I even let it sit for a while but no luck.
