In the novel to kill a mockingbird...?

Describe the setting at the opening of the novel all I got is...It takes place in the fictional town of Maycomb Alabama, during the great depression. The town is old and rugged which is evident from “the courthouse sagged in the square, and gr grew on the sidewalk.”
