Accutane and dry lips: just how dry do they become?

I am about to start the accutane regimen, and would really like to know just how bad things are going to get. I know it varies from person to person, but i really need an idea of just how bad it CAN become. If someone could post pictures (of dry skin/lips) it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mucho!
