Help !!!!!!!! need advise on what is going on?

theres this dude who always stares at me in cl i think hes cute and and all but when i catch him looking at me he looks down. (he has a girld friend) we started working on some school project together .. we started texting during school and we would sometimes text until 11:00pm about intersting topics usually thing to do with enviroment and social things . when he sees me in school he smiles at me , but when he is with his friends he seems like that i dont exist .. i think i like him ... i have more guy friends than girls .. when i'm hanging out with them he always pes by and says hie and trys to get my attention. he told me to go too his house once so we could play video games .. but it was too cold and it was snowing so i didnt go .... i didnt go to school for a week and he walked in my math cl and sat next to me until the teacher kicked him out.... my friend invited him to the movies and told him to bring his gf and told him that they broke up already . and he ended up not going to the movies . he moved to a different school but before he told me " we should hang out and text me if anything" so i did text him but he dosent text me back or anwsers my phone calls he still talks ... and recently we i.m for a little bit yesterday and told me to get online tomorrow at 11 i did and he was online but i said hey what sup and he didnt write back :( i waited for a good 20 minutes unttil he answered and he didnt and he logged off
