Problem with my subwoofer and cd player?

The pioneer cd player is hook up wrong . The red wire on the pioneer is staying hot all the time. It's hooked to the wrong wire on the car. The red wire go's to accessory . There's another wire behind the radio an It only get hot when the key's on acc or run .Try switching the red an the yellow wires This should solve the radio problem. Now the sub. The remote turn on wire from the box go's to the back of the pioneer to the blue wire marked amp this should solve the box problem
