Can Someone Help Me With Harmonic Balancer and Torque Conveter?

Hey everyone i am currently rebuilding a 351 Ford motor and the guy said that it had sat for more than 3 years before he had got it. I have it torn down to the harmonic balancer. This thing is so rusty that the crankshaft will not even turn and I cant turn the crankshaft to get the torque converter to move so that I can unbolt it. I have got the Main bolt off of the harmonic balancer. My main 2 questions are do I just need to go and get the harmonic balancer tool and try to solve that issue? And the other question is what is the best way to get that crankshaft to move so I can remove the torque converter?

I was just curious to see how big people's captive iguanas actually get. I was doing research for pictures of people's iguanas and none of them even compare to mine at the age he is. Mine's name is Louie, he turned four in September, he's 6 feet long and weighs in at about 17 pounds. Also, I've read about the orange on their arms meaning it's breeding season. Mine has orange all year around and I'm pretty sure he's not in breeding season 365 days out of the year because he's very docile a majority of the time. He's my boy. I find it very difficult to rate poems. I don't find that poems can be rated properly, especially since poems are often very free and unique in their own way. Poems are what they are. Sticky mucus on the back of my throat, cannot get rid of it. Please help.

In the past three years I have thick mucus on my throat. Drives me crazy. It makes me feel like I am suffocating. I went to the doctor several times. I was told that I have acid reflux and that irritates the lining of my nose which produces a sort of post nasal drip, which is constantly dripping in the back of my throat. I have taken different acid reducer medications and the situation improved a little. However I started to gain weight so I stopped taking meds. Does anybody have similar symptoms? It feels like when you have cold and you have that slime on your throat what you want to constantly swallow to get rid of it. Except this sticky thing does not move! 2 years ago I started to use kleenex to simply wipe it of, sometimes works. This sticky thing bothers me so much! Please if you have any advice what would work in my case let me know. Thanks

Sims 3 slow and jerky on my MacBook?

My MacBook is almost three years old and I've had sims 3 for about a year. I have the ambitions expansion too. I would like to get night life but not until the problem is resolved. This is kind of weird but...?

today when i came home from school my dog started out acting normal, he wanted his routine treat that i give him wen i come home. I want to do something nice for my dad?

It's a long story but he left his job as a commodities trader to work for his friend who had a 20yr old business and basically offered him the potential to make a lot of money down the road. Unfortunately with the financial crisis the company wasn't able to stay afloat even though my dad's friend was making millions just a year before. So then my dad wanted to open the same type of business and run it more honestly. His friend transferred all of the materials and client lists but eventually my dad had to dissolve the business so now he's just trying to get back into what he was doing before. He has his broker's license for stocks, commodities and mortgages but in this economy those jobs aren't what they used to be. He's reasonably stressed and I just want to do something that will show him that even if he doesn't have a job he's still a great dad. I know it's hard for a lot of men when they feel like they can't provide for their families they feel like they've failed and I really think he's depressed right now. Financially our family is fine because my stepmom has a good paying job. We're not on the verge of losing our house or anything like that but now we just don't get to have to luxuries we always used to. I'm old enough where I don't care about that stuff as much and can support myself but my brothers make it hard for him, they just turned 16 and want a car and a computer and all that stuff. I know that's a lot of information for a simple question but basically just what do you guys think would be a good thing to do for him to show him how much I appreciate him without straight out telling him because I get emotionally really easy and I don't want to cry or anything ...

Why do people park in cramped places at the supermarket when a few yards away there is space for a bus?

I was at Morrison's car park and munching on a sandwich I bought and while I was sat in my car I observed how people would park up and forward and reverse themselves in to cramped tight parkins nearest to the store and even struggle to get out of their doors having to slide themselves out through a small door gap when only just 20 yards further away from the store there are a whole strip of spacious available parking bays that would make parking so simple.

I think it is both cowardly and heroic; heroic, because, as you said, it takes guts to kill oneself. your in luck. I have been to both. Well for packing you cannot take any liquids or sharp objects on the plane. No knives ,guns or well you get the idea. It may be a good idea to pack a razor in your suitcase do not take it on the place with you. If you need liquid make sure it is in a small bottle under 30ml. If you need water just get it after you get past security. They sell drinks,snacks and magazines after security. You should bring something to do on the plane, but some international flights have movies to watch in the planes. Come with something to do for about 9 hours. You will be able to sleep. Some people take Tylenol PM to relax. I recommend getting a nice eyemask that will help relax you on the plane. Do not worry. I like international flights, but at the end you are ready to get off. After the flight you will be very tired so I usually take taxies. They are expensive, and sometimes you are ripped off but your so tired you could care less. Coming back i would take the train. For both of these magnificent trips you will need a swimsuit. Hotels usually have some kind of cleaning service, so you will not have to bring THAT much. If you do not like that idea then just take the same number outfits as the time you will be away from home. But if you like my other idea about the cleaning service. I would recommend that you bring 5 outfits. Do not forget underwear! But if you do forget something remember that millions of other people live there and you will probably be able to buy it there. I am new to sewing & just finished a 'very easy' Vogue Pattern. For a new sewer, I did NOT find this pattern very easy. Pain options for strong menstrual cramps?

Why cant I play Guitar on tune-o-matics bridges?

I have a laguna le200 and i find it more difficult to play on the TUNE-O-MATIC than a guitar that has a floyd rose. Its like my hand cant reach the strings or something. Moving out of parents' house soon; how do I deal with anger now?

I am a mother, of a child whom is leaving home for the first time, she is 19, and I admit I have been short with her, and maybe a bit angry, I am having trouble dealing with her leaving, and I think I have dealt with it very wrong, The closer it gets to her going, the more anixous I get, the more worrisome I become. Personally, for myself, It is my fears that I did not teach her everything she needs to know to begin her life's journey without my guidance, did I teach her all she needs to know to protect herself, and to be a productive, happy adult? I have wrongly projected my feelings to my daughter. I want so much to just tell her, that the anger is my fault not her's I have not found the way to tell her these things. I have confidence in her , but I am having trouble dealing with the fact she is no longer my little girl, but my young adult child whom is beginning her adult life. I will always be here for her, and I also fear she will no longer need me. I am sure that your parents do not realize that they are even doing this, it could be them just trying to make your leaving easier on themselves, or your leaving easier for you. What are ways to prevent cracking on suspended concrete floors?

We install concrete main deck floors (so essentially suspended). So these floors are 3-4" concrete slabs on a floor truss system. We have seen a few issues with the concrete cracking and thus spider web cracking flooring (tile). Some say using concrete with higher PSI will help, some disagree. What can we do to avoid this cracking? Higher PSI? Less water mixed? Etc, etc. Thanks!

No offense, but the reason you are cutting is pretty odd. Why would missing a coach make you depressed...and why would you cut over such a small thing??? I'm a cutter and lately have been realizing what a waste of time it is. I would say that I have a list of things to be depressed over, but honestly...one or 100...we shouldn't cut at all. DONT CUT because it's VERY addictive. Why put yourself through something that can last a lifetime...over something so small? You are going to meet TONS of people in your life and they are going to constantly be coming and going. It's rare when people stay friends for as long as some do. It's rare when you even ever see half the people you spent a great deal of time with. Look at what you are doing from another point of view...depression is something you cause on yourself...you are not a victim and you shouldn't be so sad over things. Pills don't work. You need to mentally get over each sad thing in your life. I spent my whole life being depressed and wasted such a great 23 years. I'm moving on and doing what I want to do (career wise and even with things like my hair and contacts etc). You have 2 options with anything...you can let it get to you and you sit and mope around forever or you get over it and find positives and even move on asap! Good Luck. You should never cut...period. Go keep yourself busy and not think about the depressing crap. Find things to engulf you that are happy. Look at all the positives. People who are beyond happy....STILL have sad moments and bad things in their life as well...they just don't let the bad consume them.

I took the sat's for the first time in june. I am a junior, well soon to be senior. I take mines again in september and my test was free because I got a free waver. I got a lousy 1200/2400 I know that is bad BUT the thing is, I answered EVERY question like an idiot. I know I might sound clueless when I say this but I forgot that when you don't know an answer its okay to leave it blank. I was confused because when we were taking our state test (I live in PA so its the PSSA) and over and over again they told us to not leave anything blank so I guess that is why I got mistaken and made sure I answered everything. Did my DR mis-time the IUI?

I had an ultrasound on CD13 (Clomid on CD 3-7). I had 3 mature follicles. My Dr. said they looked like they were going to rupture on their own and scheduled an IUI for the next morning. At the IUI he said they were all still there, so he gave me an HCG along with the IUI. He scheduled an IUI for 26 hours later. I am worried I shouldn't have had the first IUI. Today (which is CD16) I have been very damp and leaking. I will definitely have to ensure enough sperm, but I am sitll so worried. Any advice?

How long do I have to wait to hear the heartbeat at an ultrasound?

Anybody know approx. how far along I’d need to be for me to be able to hear my baby’s heartbeat through the actual ultrasound itself? In my last 2 trips to the doctor, the first time I had no u/s, but we were able to hear the heartbeat with that little handheld doppler thing (sorry I’m not too great with this “lingo”, this is my first baby!), and the second time (about 2 weeks ago at 12wks6days), we saw the ultrasound, but again had to hear the heartbeat on the same little doppler machine… I am now 14wks and 6 days and will be going back to the doctor in 2 weeks (although not for a sono). Daweoo Lanos Not Starting?

Hi, My car is a Daewoo Lanos and is W reg. It has recently been having problems starting up and failed it's MOT but it didn't have anything in the MOT about the starting problem. It doesn't seem to turn or click. It just seemed to burst into life every couple of turns. However, I tried to start it on yesterday and it wouldn't ignite. It had to get a jump start for around 10 minutes before I could drive it and this got me home fine. It wont start at all now (even with jump) and I don't know what the problem is as some people say it is the battery, some say immobilizer and some say its the starter motor. Does anyone know how this is happening? Thanks :)

How can i prevent my employer from changing my terms of employment against my wishes?

I have worked for a Public Authority for over 4 years. Previously, weekend working has been on a voluntary basis with payment. Management now want to incorporate this into my contract as a statutory requirement to work ten weekends per anum if needed or unless volunteers are found. I wish the status quo to remain the same. Management state they need to save money on weekend work & yet they propose time off with payment if someone volunteers or time off in Lieu or payment if someone is rostered for weekend work under the contract changes. This would be my first argument - for management to say these proposals will save money is contentious & the wording is spurious & vague. I am prepared to fight this all the way, however out of seventeen people employed in this occupation only two of us are in a union - we are the only ones objecting. During negotiations with the rest of the group( No union involvment) my fellow union member & i were marginalised - we were asked not to attend negotiations for fear we could negatively influence the outcome - in effect we were prevented from debating this with our colleagues. my colleague & i have views on this matter - we wish a twelve month moratorium on this where the voluntary overtime is continued & then reviewed. We have never been offered the chance to state our viewpoints/wishes. The changes in employment terms have been sent through the post to my home address, commencing with change in job title & conditions from the first of June. Wrong number calls several times per day...how can I block them?

I have a motorola Razor and receive calls on and off from people who yell at me in Spanish. I tried to tell thim that it is the wrong number and even used my limited Spanish comprehension to tell them so, but they continue to call and leave messages when I don't pick up. Is there any way to block them? I have gone on translation sites to learn how to say this is the wrong number, stop calling, but am sick of wasting my time.
